For ten years scientists in the German research association Helmholtz’ REKLIM program (Regional Climate Change) have been investigating how climate change will affect people in Europe – and how we can prepare for droughts, floods and extreme storms. Together with Klaus Großfeld, Renate Treffeisen from the Alfred Wegener Institute and science communication expert Sina Löschke, I have compiled the most important results, experts‘ voices and interesting research stories in this REKLIM anniversary brochure.
